B&C 1934 D-18 Alpine Moon Spruce/Honduran Mahogany
$7,400
Description
14Fret Clear Dreadnought body debuted in 1934, and Martin called it the "New Orchestra Model." The first thirty-four D-18s were built with a wooden rod with Barfrets.
This project is a faithful restoration of the first D-18 structure by Bagnasco & Casati Guitars. Vintage Gloss Nitro and the Scar-like Bearclaw on this Moon Spruce top match the characteristic of this guitar!
This D really projects and is very clear across the registers. We found this cannon got a focused sound like a prewar OM but with great projection. You can maneuver it for many different genres.
